5 Week Yoga Challenge
What are the Yamas?
Each week you will study one of the five Yamas. The Yamas are moral restraints that focus on social and ethical behaviors, which allow you to peacefully coexist with others. You will learn how to apply yoga philosophy to your physical practice, your mind-body connection, your environment, and relationships with yourself and others.
The Challenge
A yoga practice of 6 days a week (a minimum of 4 days a week at the studio, 2 days at home and 1 day of active rest)
Attend and participate in group meetings (Sundays 8:00 - 9:00)
Daily check-in with buddy
Daily Journaling (beautifully designed journal included)
Daily Yoga practice (1-day of active rest)
Daily Meditation Practice

Break through limiting beliefs
Identify and transform old patterns and behaviors through journaling
Build a daily meditation & yoga practice
