Non-Heated Classes

  • Island Flow

    Is a Yin-Yang class that has a slow, steady pace. This practice helps to rejuvenate our depleted vitality, freeing us from our tensions and the reactive habits of our day-to-day lives. You will leave feeling calm, vibrant and grounded.

  • Candlelight Yoga

    Is a Restorative yoga class which will help you relax after a day of work and/or play. We will focus on breathing exercises while gently stretching and supporting the body with props. You will leave feeling nurtured, nourished and restored.

Infrared Heated Classes

  • Lava Flow

    These Vinyasa Flow classes are rigorous, challenging and fun! Together we’ll create a moving mediation as we intelligently detoxify, balance and strengthen the body and mind. Infrared Studio: 92-95˚

  • Slow Flow

    These Yin-Yang classes have a slow, steady pace. We’ll take time to go deep into the yoga postures and discover stillness. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, vibrant and grounded. Infrared Studio: 85-92˚

  • Lava Yin

    These Restorative/Yin classes help you relax after your day of work/play. We’ll focus on breath as we gently stretch and restore the body. You will leave feeling nurtured, nourished and restored.Infrared Studio: 85-95˚

  • Hot Pilates

    Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact full-body workout practiced in a heated room. Combining Pilates-inspired core work, strength training, cardio, and mindful movement, this class helps build endurance, tone muscles, and increase flexibility while leaving you feeling strong, energized, and empowered. Suitable for all levels.

  • Lava Core

    Lava Core is a heated, high-energy workout that combines yoga-inspired movement with core and glute strengthening. Improve stability, balance, posture, and endurance while building full-body strength. Expect great music, positive energy, Janet’s signature plank series, and a deep stretch to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.

Fitness Classes

  • Yoga Sculpt

    This style combines yoga with weightlifting. The added weights build bone density, muscle mass, and boosts metabolism, while still getting all the benefits of yoga.

    You will see noticeable results, and leave feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

  • Barre

    Barre fitness is a hybrid class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

    Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.

  • HIIT

    HIIT is a high-energy interval training workout that combines cardio, resistance training, compound movements, core work, and plyometrics.

    You will improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance.

  • Core Fusion

    Core Fusion is a dynamic full-body workout that blends low-impact cardio, strength training, and yoga-based mobility. Focused on the core, glutes, back, and postural muscles, this class improves strength, balance, stability, and overall fitness. Finish with deep stretching and recovery work, leaving you feeling energized, strong, and refreshed.
