Dave Mackenzie brings decades of fitness expertise to the HIIT class, offering participants a full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and resilience. Each session includes a comprehensive approach, starting with stretching and warm-ups, followed by resistance training using dumbbells, bands, balls, sliders, and bodyweight exercises. The class integrates calisthenic, plyometric, and isometric techniques, alongside core training, and concludes with a cool-down and stretching session.

As an ideal complement to yoga, HIIT focuses on explosive strength and cardiovascular health, creating a balanced fitness regimen when paired with yoga’s emphasis on flexibility, mobility, and mental relaxation. Together, these practices promote improved performance, recovery, and overall well-being, helping participants build a strong, agile, and resilient body.

HIIT classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 to 9:15 am, welcoming individuals of all fitness levels.
