Anne holds a degree in Biology and Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland and a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard University, she is also a member of the National Honor Society in both Biology and Theology. Anne believes there is beauty in the discovery of the interplay between mind, body, spirt, and art.

She uniquely balances her expertise in both the strong physical with the deep spiritual and subtle practice of yoga. She currently lives and works in Maui, Hawai’i with her two cats, Charlie and Daisy. She loves to hike, swim, and sit under a tree with a good book.
Beyond studio classes Anne offers custom private yoga, sound bath, reiki, and meditation offerings both in-person and online. If you are looking to advance your practice or add yoga or a sound bath to your next special event please reach out to collaborate.
