Yoga Teacher


Allyson started practicing yoga at the age of 16 at Modo Yoga in Montreal and fell deeply in love with the community. When she began a stressful career she found herself in the studio more and more, retreating to the one place she was able to quiet her mind and disconnect from the chaos. It was then that she realized her pull toward teaching, hoping to help bring to others what yoga has brought to her - a place of peace. Since 2018 she has completed over 500hrs of teaching trainings in vinyasa, hatha, and applied neurology with a focus on the nervous system. 

Her classes not only build strength and mobility in the body, but in the mind and heart as well. She creates practices to help everyone leave their mats with tools that can guide them in their everyday lives. She sees the value of what a balanced nervous system gives us and how it can help us live in the present moment. All while connecting to our inner landscape, our breath, and having fun making shapes.
