Hannah

- Yoga Teacher

Hannah's journey in yoga is a beautiful and ever unfolding path: she was first drawn to the practice after a number of injuries sustained through competitive skiing. Rather than turning to the three surgeries called for at the time, she stepped on to the mat and never looked back. For the past ten years and 600+ hours of training, she has committed to ongoing studies with many incredible teachers within the bhakti lineage with a depth of understanding and emphasis on both the practical and the philosophical, and her passion for her personal practice comes with an ever-increasing commitment to the spiritual components and rich history of the practice as well as a deepening understanding of western anatomy and physiology. She works to cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment in her classes and a container that can hold all that arises for each individual within their practice. In addition to yoga, Hannah is a trauma informed postpartum doula, transformational facilitator, and birth educator with a background (and ongoing studies) in somatics, non-profits, anti-racism, ancestral healing, herbalism, homesteading, astrology, writing, and ceremonial spaces. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat!
